"I have been with this insurance agent for over twenty years. Recently, I changed to Costco Connect Home and Auto Insurance because I got a significant discount. I inform her to cancel my insurance on 01/30/2025. I emailed and left a voice mail. However, finally, She sent me a text with the cancellation confirmation; I overlooked the date written as 01/13/2025. When I received the mail at home, I noticed the date and called the following day to restore my insurance to my desired date because There would be a two-week gap between my new and old insurance dates. Unfortunately, the guy only answered the phone and heard the issue for the first time. I gave them more than 5hours to get back to me, and my emails, texts, and calls have been ignored. This kind of agent bleeds you for a long time, and when you want to change to new insurance, they mistreat you. I will never recommend this agent to anyone. She has never been reachable by phone as insurance is highly sensitive. Very disappointed!"
